Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our lingerie and swimwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Return Policy Details
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging is required
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following intimate items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Bikinis (both regular and full-back panty styles)
- Panties (including boyshorts and bra-panty sets)
- Bodystockings and bodysuits
- Bustiers and corsets

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
International Returns: All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders. Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
