How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your favorite items, choose your size/color, and add to cart. When ready, proceed to checkout where you’ll enter your shipping details and payment information. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your items to you ASAP, so modifications or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and requested changes.
How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by setting a password. This allows you to track orders, save favorites, and speed up future checkouts. You can also create an account directly from our homepage.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after processing (1-2 business days)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. All international orders are shipped with discreet packaging and include tracking information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships (within 1-2 business days), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Click the tracking link to see your package’s journey to you in real-time.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
While rare, delays can happen with international shipping. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll investigate immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Yandy items! You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund (minus original shipping costs). Sale items are final sale unless defective.
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the desired item. We process refunds quickly so you can reorder ASAP!
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5-7 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
